Our People

The below policies apply to corporate employees and offices worldwide.

Equal Employment Opportunity

We recruit and hire, train, compensate, promote and fulfill all other conditions of employment based on individual merit, qualifications and competency, without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, veteran status, national origin, citizenship, ancestry, pregnancy status, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, mental or physical disability, medical condition, or any other characteristics protected by law, regulation, or ordinance that is not listed here. Fulfillment of our commitment to and promotion of equal employment opportunity requires the commitment of all employees.

We also make reasonable accommodations to meet our obligations under laws protecting the rights of the disabled.

Maintaining an Environment of Respect

Discrimination, harassment, and bullying in any form is not allowed. Review our Respectful Workplace Policy which discusses our expectations in more detail. If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or bullying report it immediately using one of the reporting methods above that you are comfortable with using.

All employees should use respectful and supportive language in all interactions, disagree with peers politely and professionally, give peers direct and constructive feedback rather than negative criticism, and approach conflict with maturity and seek resolutions.

Discrimination

We do not tolerate unlawful discrimination against anyone based on race, color, religion, veteran status, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy status, sex, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, marital status, mental or physical disability, medical condition, or other classification protected by applicable law.

We take all allegations of discrimination, harassment and bullying seriously and address them promptly. Speak up!

    • Psychological (which includes: vexatious behavior in the form of repeated and hostile or unwanted conduct, verbal comments, actions or gestures, that affects an employee's dignity or psychological or physical integrity and that results in a harmful work environment for the employee).

    Bullying

Bullying is unacceptable and we do not tolerate it under any circumstances. Bullying includes behavior that intimidates, degrades, offends, or humiliates an employee, often in front of others.

We are committed to ensuring that our employees, our contractors and our corporate guests work in a safe and respectful environment that is free of bullying. Bullying can include:

We conduct business in accordance with applicable health and safety requirements. Perform your work in compliance with applicable health and safety laws, regulations, policies and procedures and apply safe work practices at all times in all locations.
