Yes, our Compliance Helpline allows you to report anonymously, except in very specific locations where local law does not allow anonymous reporting.
When in doubt, it’s always better to ask. To protect the brand, all employees are responsible for reporting any concerns, even if you are unsure whether the action violates our code, our policies or the law. Our Compliance Team will investigate any question or suspicion around a potential violation.
All reported potential violations of our Code are taken seriously and will be investigated. Appropriate disciplinary action will be determined based on the violation. Retaliation against a person who has, in good faith, reported a violation against the Code, company policies, or the law is strictly prohibited.
